Due to the immediate digital delivery of our products (via share key, PDF, or email), no refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks are provided under any circumstances. This includes buyer's remorse, technical issues on your end, incompatibility with your setup, or change of mind.
Please review product details, descriptions, previews, and any demos carefully before purchasing to ensure the template meets your needs.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy (via checkout checkbox or agreement). We deliver access promptly after payment confirmation; inability to access or use the template due to user error, device incompatibility, or other non-product issues does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
If you experience a genuine issue with delivery (e.g., share key not received), contact us at hello@timberreign.com within 7 days of purchase—we'll assist with access support where possible, but this does not entitle you to a refund.
